The Body Control Pilates Association (BCP) was setup in 1996 with the goal of making the benefits of Pilates accessible to everyone. Body Control Pilates is recognised as a world-leading education provider for Pilates teaching. Our reputation for successfully improving posture, muscular imbalances and chronic back pain has brought BCP teachers to the attention of not only GPs but osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists, many of whom have work in close partnership with the Body Control Pilates centre.

The eight key principles which are key focuses in all my classes are:
